Every October we celebrate the importance of Role Models in helping young people achieve future success. This year Role Model Week takes place between the 9 - 13 October.

Help us shine a light on the importance of role models to future success as part of Role Model Week 2023. Now in its third year, it is a great opportunity for both schools and businesses to recognise the importance they play in building career aspirations and to celebrate the impact they have on young people.

Research shows that students who have encounters with four or more business role models each year are five times more likely to be in further education, training or employment when they leave school. However, studies also show that 1 in 4 children do not have role models.

How can you help?

It's a straightforward request—let's turn it into a conversation. Assist us in raising awareness and reaching the hearts and minds of as many young individuals, educators, and volunteers as possible from Monday, October 9th, to Friday, October 13th, and beyond. Together, we can ensure a brighter tomorrow for our youth.
