Helping students to develop employability skills is a great way to start closing the skills gap, ensuring that young people can start preparing for a career in your industry.
Share your experiences by visiting a local school - virtually or in person, or give young people insight into your industry at our F4S Digital online career inspiration events. You can even offer meaningful work experience; a great way to prepare the next generation for a role in your company or sector.
Give young people the support they need to gain soft skills such as resilience and time management. A lack of these skills can often be one of the biggest barriers to recruitment.
How it works
It takes just a few minutes to sign up and make yourself available to local schools using Founders4Schools. Remember, you're always in control of the events that you accept and the opportunities that you offer!
Once registered, you’ll receive invitations for events being organised by teachers and F4S. You can accept as many or as few as you wish.
If you accept an invitation, then we’ll send out materials to help make preparation a breeze. Find out more about the different types of encounters below.
