You want to work at F4S because you realise that school was disconnected from the real world. You believe that there is a better way to make kids excited about their future and to help them experience fulfilling productive lives.
You believe that schools can use technology to change what they do from the inside out. You have exciting ideas to bring to the table to help us see things differently and do better.
You understand that to make a real impact you need to work in partnership. You are able to build strong relationships with educators, volunteers, businesses and other like-minded partners who share our commitment to young people.
We're an award-winning charity that empowers young people to make informed career choices by connecting them with a network of inspiring volunteer role models. We work in partnership with governments, Corporates and Educational Institutions to bridge the gap between education and the world of work.
Whether in a classroom or a virtual setting, students gain valuable insights into different career paths through meaningful encounters with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Our mission is to give all young people the best start in life, no matter their background, by preparing them for the ever-changing world of work. So far, we've impacted the lives of over 580,000 young people by facilitating over 2 million student-employer connections through our user-friendly platform.
We are always keen to hear from people keen to work with us, please drop an email to jobs@founders4schools.org.uk with your CV and a cover letter.
We are also open to hearing from people interested in volunteering to support the team at F4S.

We believe that young people benefit greatly from getting work experience to help them better understand the world of work and get valuable skills to take into their future careers. For that reason, we work with universities and colleges to support their work experience/internship programmes. If your university or college is looking for a youth-friendly employer to host some students for work placements, then please get in touch at jobs@founders4schools.org.uk.
We are also open to direct approaches from young people who are looking to take part in an internship as part of their coursework. Get in contact using the above email.
While we don't currently have any vacancies, we encourage you to check back with us in the future. Our team is constantly growing and evolving, and we're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join us.
