Jobs at Founders4Schools

Help us inspire, inform and educate young people to find their future careers

You want to work at F4S because you realise that school was disconnected from the real world. You believe that there is a better way to make kids excited about their future and to help them experience fulfilling productive lives.

You believe that schools can use technology to change what they do from the inside out. You have exciting ideas to bring to the table to help us see things differently and do better.

You understand that to make a real impact you need to work in partnership. You are able to build strong relationships with educators, volunteers, businesses and other like-minded partners who share our commitment to young people.

Join the Team

We're an award-winning charity that empowers young people to make informed career choices by connecting them with a network of inspiring volunteer role models. We work in partnership with governments, Corporates and Educational Institutions to bridge the gap between education and the world of work.

Whether in a classroom or a virtual setting, students gain valuable insights into different career paths through meaningful encounters with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Our mission is to give all young people the best start in life, no matter their background, by preparing them for the ever-changing world of work. So far, we've impacted the lives of over 580,000 young people by facilitating over 2 million student-employer connections through our user-friendly platform.
